Due to hygiene reasons, all contact lenses are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched or opened.

Once an order is placed, it is considered final. Please ensure all details, including prescription and shipping information, are correct before checkout.

Lens BN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in BND (Brunei Dollars) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or correct errors without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

5. Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and external factors beyond our control.

Lens BN is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed over to the courier, but we will always assist where possible.

6. Liability

Lens BN is not liable for any misuse of products, incorrect usage, or failure to follow care instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they use contact lenses safely and appropriately.
