Hygiene & Safety
Due to strict hygiene standards, all contact lenses are final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once dispatched or opened. This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of every customer.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by clear photo or video evidence. Each case will be reviewed with care, and we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Order Accuracy
We kindly ask customers to ensure all prescription details and order selections are correct before checkout. Lens BN cannot be held responsible for:
- Incorrect prescriptions entered by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products that have been opened, worn, or tampered with
